Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to request cancellation or a refund

Use an available support channel on the Contact page. Include your account email, order ID or payment reference, whether you want to cancel, withdraw from the contract or report a fault, and a short description. A reason is not required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. Never include a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Sending a request does not initiate an on-chain transfer automatically. We acknowledge the request, check the relevant records and explain the outcome. Identity checks must be proportionate and must not obstruct statutory deadlines.

Service not delivered

If we cannot provide the agreed service, you may accept a specifically agreed alternative or receive a refund for the undelivered service. A dashboard status or balance credit is not a substitute for working access.

If you ask to cancel before provisioning begins, the unused order payment is refundable. Contact support before placing a replacement order so duplicate requests are not mistaken for a new purchase.

Service faults

Report connection problems, material location mismatches or other failures to meet the agreed description. We will investigate and offer repair or replacement where appropriate. If the fault cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a price reduction or refund for the affected service may apply. Mandatory consumer remedies take precedence.

A third-party platform blocking an account is not by itself proof of a proxy fault. We still investigate relevant connectivity or product-description issues; this is not a blanket exclusion of refunds.

Consumer withdrawal rights

Where distance-selling law grants a cooling-off period, it generally gives an eligible consumer 14 days to withdraw from a service contract without a reason. This policy does not shorten an applicable period or remove rights arising from missing information.

Delivery of proxy credentials does not by itself fully perform a 30-day or 90-day ongoing service. We do not treat all proxy orders as non-refundable digital downloads. Starting service within a withdrawal period requires the separate express request and information required by applicable law; creating an account or accepting general Terms is not that request.

Where legally permitted and expressly requested, a proportionate charge for service actually provided before withdrawal may apply. Otherwise mandatory refund rules apply. If the law requires an online withdrawal function, that function must be available in addition to these contact instructions.

Unused funds and cryptocurrency

Contact support to request return of unused paid balance. Promotional credits and affiliate commissions are accounted for separately and do not change your rights over an actual payment. A refund is not forced into store credit when applicable law or the agreed remedy requires repayment.

Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible on-chain, but this does not cancel a contractual or statutory refund obligation. An approved refund is a separate transfer. We verify the original payment and a compatible destination using an authenticated channel; do not post a wallet address publicly.

The refund calculation follows the USD transaction record and the disclosed payment quote, subject to mandatory law. The asset, network, amount and any lawful fee are confirmed before transfer. No undisclosed deduction is imposed and a statutory full refund is not reduced by an incompatible fee policy. An incorrectly sent asset or network may be unrecoverable.

Timing and further terms

Statutory deadlines apply where required, including the applicable 14-day deadline for withdrawal reimbursement. Processing and on-chain confirmation are different events. We explain any unresolved payment mismatch rather than marking an unconfirmed transfer as refunded.

Automatic renewal is not enabled. Cancelling a future renewal does not retroactively cancel a paid current term. A further term requires your agreement and payment.
