Send a report
Use an available channel on the Contact page and label your message Abuse report. A 5Gprox registration or paid account is not required. For a privacy request use Privacy & Cookies; for a service fault use Contact.
What to include
Include the source IP, destination or affected URL, exact date and time with UTC offset, the type of incident and a short explanation of why the activity is unauthorized. Add limited redacted log excerpts and a reply address.
Do not send passwords, private keys, full card data, unrelated personal information or illegal material itself. For sensitive evidence, ask for an appropriate secure transfer method first.
How reports are handled
We assess the report and the records reasonably available, and may request clarification. IP addresses can rotate or be shared, so an IP without accurate time information may not identify the relevant service. We may restrict affected access, preserve relevant evidence or refer the matter to the appropriate authority where required.
A report is not a promise of disclosure of customer identity. Requests for non-public data require a valid legal basis. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
