Who this notice covers
This notice applies to the 5Gprox website, customer account, order flow, billing area, affiliate program, and support interactions. 5Gprox is the service name used on this website. Details of the person or entity responsible for this processing will be added separately.
Third-party websites and checkout pages have their own privacy notices. Review them before submitting information there.
Data we process
- Account data: email address, a securely stored password hash, account status, and sign-in security records.
- Order and service data: selected product, term, quantity, location preference, order status, and the access details needed to deliver and operate your proxy.
- Billing records: balance changes, amount, currency, payment status, network or asset details where applicable, and payment-provider references. Sensitive payment credentials entered on a provider checkout are not stored by 5Gprox.
- Support and affiliate data: support requests, referral activity, commission records, payout requests, and our response history.
- Technical and security data: IP address, date and time, browser or device information, request logs, and events needed to protect accounts and diagnose failures.
- Optional analytics data: Google Analytics requires analytics consent. Account-linked page and active-time statistics require a separate choice, as described below.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process orders, deliver proxy access, maintain balances and transaction records, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, meet applicable legal duties, and improve the website when you consent to analytics.
Account creation, orders, proxy access and support use the data needed to perform the contract or take requested steps before it. Security logs, abuse handling and limited internal alerts support our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, subject to your rights. Accounting and legally required disclosures use the relevant legal obligation. Optional analytics and browser referral storage require the applicable consent; withdrawing analytics consent does not prevent service use.
Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement code and Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and navigation. Analytics may process page views, interactions, referral source, approximate location, and browser or device characteristics. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for this purpose.
Analytics is off by default. The Google Tag Manager container and Google Analytics do not load until you select “Accept analytics.” Rejecting analytics does not prevent account creation, payment, ordering, or support access.
We configure measurement to avoid intentionally sending account emails, passwords, payment credentials, authentication tokens, proxy credentials, rotation URLs, support-message text, or internal customer and payment identifiers to Google Analytics.
Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary cookies or browser storage support authentication, security, session continuity and your consent choice. If you follow a partner link, a signed referral code may be stored for the program’s attribution window, currently 30 days, so a later registration can be credited to the correct partner. A referral recorded after registration forms part of account and commission accounting; this is separate from Google Analytics.
Use “Cookie settings” below to change analytics consent. Browser settings can remove stored referral cookies; removing a cookie does not erase referral or commission records already attached to an account. A separate on-site referral-preferences control is not currently available.

Optional account usage statistics
Signed-in customers can separately allow 5Gprox to record which supported public and customer-portal pages they visit and an approximate active-time counter. This first-party history is linked to the signed-in account and is visible only to authorized administrators to understand service use and help with support. It is not sent to Google Analytics. Consent to Google Analytics does not authorize this collection.
The record contains a page category, opening time and approximate active seconds while the page is visible and focused. It does not record form contents, passwords, proxy access details, rotation URLs, query strings, keystrokes or screen recordings. Administrators can also see existing account, order, balance and referral records needed to operate the service, and the latest authenticated portal access time and IP for account security. Approximate IP-based country, when available, is not proof of residence or nationality.
Choose “Do not allow” to use the service without optional page tracking. Use “Account usage settings” on a supported page while signed in to change the choice. A saved refusal stops collection and clears the live optional page history. Previous visits are not reconstructed. Old Google Analytics consent is not reused.
Live optional history contains at most 200 page views from the last 30 days. Expired entries are excluded when read and removed during scheduled cleanup. Protected backups may retain an earlier copy until the relevant backup is retired; they are not used as an analytics history. Account and transaction retention is separate, as described below.
Payments and transaction records
Available funding methods are shown in the Billing area. Checkout details are entered directly on the supported payment provider’s hosted page. 5Gprox receives only the status, amount, currency or digital-asset details, and transaction references needed to credit your balance, reconcile the transaction, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain required accounting records.
Historical records may identify a previously available payment method or provider where this is required for reconciliation, support, disputes, or accounting. A method that is not shown in Billing is not available for a new checkout. Each provider processes checkout information under its own terms and privacy notice.
When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help operate hosting, email, payments, security, support, analytics, and proxy delivery. Providers process information under their own obligations or our instructions, depending on their role.
Google and other providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by the provider and applicable law. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Account and service records are needed while an account or paid service remains active. On closure, we review them for deletion or restriction; transaction and commission evidence may remain for the applicable tax, accounting and claims periods. Security and support records are retained according to the unresolved incident or request and any necessary defense of a claim, not as a promise of indefinite retention. A legal hold can require relevant records to remain longer. Contact us for the period or criteria applicable to a specific record. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics setting; no fixed retention period is stated here.
This notice is not a no-logs promise about the underlying mobile network. The upstream network operator may process connection metadata under its own role and applicable law. We do not claim control over every upstream log or the processing performed by a destination website.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including access controls, password hashing, transport encryption, security logging, and limited access to operational records. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a copy of personal information, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Some information may need to be kept where the law or a legitimate security, payment, or dispute need requires it.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through cookie settings. Withdrawal applies from that point forward and does not affect earlier processing that was lawful at the time.
Questions or requests
For a privacy or personal-data request, use an available channel on the Contact page and include “Privacy request”. To protect your account, we may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before acting on it.
We may update this notice when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows the latest published version.
