Terms of Use

1. Your agreement

These Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund Policy form the agreement for services purchased on 5gprox.com. 5Gprox is the service name used on this website. Seller registration details will be added separately. The Privacy Notice explains data processing; it is not a request to waive privacy rights.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Creating an account does not buy a proxy. Review the product, total, term and location information before paying.

2. What you purchase

5Gprox resells access to US mobile proxy connectivity. The current catalog offers 30-day and 90-day access. The product description and order confirmation specify the agreed scope. 5G is available where the mobile network supports it; network conditions can change.

Unlimited traffic means no per-GB charge or fixed GB allowance for the purchased service. It does not mean unlimited speed, concurrent connections, guaranteed access to any third-party website or permission for prohibited traffic. Any material technical restriction must be disclosed before payment. We will not introduce undisclosed overage charges.

Location is a preference until availability is confirmed. IP geolocation databases may disagree. A mobile IP can change, and a particular address, carrier, dedicated device or exclusive IP is not promised unless expressly included in the order. IP checks describe a point in time, not permanent immunity from blocklists, CAPTCHAs or account restrictions.

3. Orders and activation

Creating an order records a request. Paying it moves it to manual availability review and provisioning; payment alone is not delivery. If the requested service cannot be supplied, we will offer an agreed alternative or a refund for the undelivered service. A material change requires your agreement.

We confirm the service start and expiry when providing working access. Your paid access period must not be consumed by an unfulfilled order. Do not assume that an internal ready status confirms receipt of credentials: contact support if you have not received access.

4. Prices, balance and payments

Website prices and the customer balance are denominated in USD. The final order shows the total due and any applicable taxes or charges before payment. The payment screen specifies the accepted digital asset, network, quoted amount and expiry. Never send a different asset or use a different network.

A balance top-up is not a proxy order, bank deposit or investment. Your balance is for services on this website. Funding does not activate a service; you must pay the selected order. Payment confirmation depends on the supported payment system. Contact support about late, duplicate, underpaid or incorrectly routed transfers; recovery may not be technically possible.

Automatic recurring charges are not enabled. A further term requires a new confirmed arrangement and payment. It is not silently renewed. Availability and prices for a future term may differ, without changing an already agreed paid term.

5. Account and permitted use

Use accurate account information and keep your password and proxy access details private. Tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Do not transfer or resell your access unless separately agreed.

You are responsible for ensuring that your activity, automated tools, access to third-party platforms and processing of other people's data are lawful and authorized. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Mentioning a platform does not imply its endorsement or permission to breach its rules.

6. Faults, suspension and termination

Report faults with the order ID, UTC time and redacted error details. We may diagnose, repair or replace affected access. A replacement is not a guarantee of success on a third-party platform. Your statutory remedies remain available if a fault is not resolved.

We may restrict affected access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, a security incident, a binding legal requirement or non-payment. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and offer a way to respond. We will not use this clause to confiscate unrelated prepaid funds or deny mandatory refund rights.

You may stop using the service or request account closure through Contact. Closing an account and requesting a refund are separate actions; mandatory refund and data rights survive closure.

7. Responsibility and limitations

We are responsible for performing our agreement with reasonable care and for remedies required by applicable law. External networks and third-party platforms can be unavailable or change their policies; we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, a specific speed, an unblocked account, profits or any particular business result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or applicable consumer guarantees. No blanket waiver of the right to bring a claim is required.

8. Disputes and applicable rights

Please send a complaint through Contact so we can investigate. You may also use any court, regulator or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive foreign court, a class-action waiver or a waiver of mandatory consumer protection.

Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the rules that apply to the actual seller, customer and transaction. These Terms do not remove protections that apply in your country of habitual residence.

9. Changes and records

A materially changed policy applies to future orders after notice, not retroactively to remove rights attached to an existing paid order. Necessary legal or security changes may take effect sooner with an explanation where practicable. Keep your order confirmation and the version of these policies available when you purchase.

English and Russian versions are provided for clarity. A translation discrepancy does not override mandatory rights or more favorable binding information given to a consumer. Contact us for clarification before ordering.
