Check your order
In the customer portal, Awaiting payment means the order has not been paid. Paid pending review means payment was recorded and capacity is being checked. Provisioning means setup is in progress. Ready means setup has been marked ready for secure handoff; contact support if you do not have access.
Check a payment
Use Billing to view the recorded payment and balance state. A pending cryptocurrency transfer is not a confirmed credit. Do not pay again until a suspected duplicate or delayed payment is checked.
Report a service issue
Send the order ID, UTC time, affected location and a redacted connection error through Contact. Do not publish proxy credentials or your rotation URL. A support report is not automatically a confirmed network-wide incident.
