On-demand rotation
Use the private rotation URL supplied with your service to request a new mobile exit IP. Treat the URL as a credential: anyone with access to it may interrupt your connection. Do not include it in analytics, public screenshots or support reports.
Timer rotation
A supported timer interval can change the IP automatically. Available intervals and setup instructions are confirmed with your access details. We do not advertise an unverified minimum interval or guarantee a brand-new IP on every request.
Plan for session changes
An IP change can interrupt an active request, sign-in or streaming session. Applications may need to reconnect. A mobile carrier may reassign a previously used IP, and third-party sites can require additional verification. Test session behavior before relying on an unattended workflow.
Which plan to choose
Both 30-day and 90-day US mobile plans include URL and timer rotation. There is no separate rotation subscription. Choose your access term in the customer portal and confirm location and any application-specific requirements before activation.
Unlimited traffic means no per-GB charge; it is not permission for attacks, unsolicited bulk messages or unauthorized access. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
