1. Wait for working access
A funded balance is not an active proxy. A paid order proceeds through manual availability review and setup. Use the access details supplied for your order; if the portal says Ready but you have not received them, contact support.
2. Prepare the connection fields
You need the assigned host, port, username, password and supported protocol. The service advertises HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Match the exact protocol issued for your connection and supported by your client; do not guess a hostname or port.
3. Configure your client
In your browser or application's proxy settings, select the matching protocol and enter host and port. Enter username and password in the separate authentication fields where available. Save the configuration and run the client's connection check.
4. Verify one small workflow
Check the observed exit IP and country. Geolocation databases can disagree, so record the source and time if the result differs from your order. Try one authorized workflow before using the proxy across a larger operation.
5. Resolve a connection error
Recheck spaces, protocol, host, port and credentials. Distinguish authentication errors from timeouts and from a third-party website refusing access. Send support the order ID, UTC timestamp, client name and redacted error. Do not publish connection passwords or rotation URLs.
