Acceptable Use Policy

Authorized activity

Examples include testing your own websites and applications, managing accounts you are authorized to operate, checking advertising placement and accessing data where you have permission and a lawful basis. A proxy does not give you additional rights over a website, account or dataset.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the service for phishing, scams, payment fraud, identity theft, credential stuffing, stolen accounts, impersonation or deception intended to obtain money, credentials or personal information.

Do not distribute malware, operate botnets, carry out denial-of-service attacks, exploit systems without authorization, scan targets without permission or help others compromise accounts or devices.

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, manipulate reviews or engagement, bypass access restrictions without authorization, or collect private or restricted personal data unlawfully. Respect the law and the relevant platform's applicable rules.

Do not access, distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material, trafficking, unlawful sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats or other illegal material. Do not infringe intellectual-property rights or use the service to evade applicable sanctions.

Network integrity

Do not interfere with other customers, overload the service, defeat security controls, share compromised credentials or probe the service infrastructure. Heavy traffic is not automatically abuse; restrictions must relate to an actual security, legal or service-integrity issue, not an undisclosed GB fee.

Investigation and remedies

We may investigate credible reports and restrict the affected service where necessary. A reported proxy IP alone does not conclusively identify an individual: shared infrastructure, changing addresses and timestamp accuracy matter. We review available evidence before attributing activity.

Where permitted, you can respond to a suspension through Contact. We may preserve relevant records and respond to legally valid requests. Refunds and unused service are assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law, not automatically forfeited for any allegation.

Report abuse

Use the Abuse page for a report. Include the proxy IP, precise UTC timestamps, destination and concise evidence. Do not send passwords, full payment details or illegal content itself.
